About NewStyle KBF
Built on craftsmanship, driven by your home.
NewStyle KBF is a family-owned remodeling company serving Central Florida homeowners with honest pricing, skilled crews, and work that lasts. We don't just install — we take pride in every room we touch.
Family-owned & operated. Licensed & insured. Free in-home estimates, with no pressure or obligation.
Our story.
NewStyle KBF was founded with a simple idea: homeowners in Central Florida deserve a remodeling company that shows up on time, does what it says it will do, and leaves every job site cleaner than they found it.
We started as a tight-knit crew focused on kitchens, bathrooms, and floors — the three rooms that define how a home feels day to day. We've grown over the years, but we've never handed our work off to strangers. The same skilled craftsmen who started with us are still the ones installing your tile, setting your cabinets, and finishing your floors.
We're proud to be a family-owned business, and we treat every home the way we'd want ours treated — with care, honesty, and attention to detail that shows in the finished product.
The NewStyle difference.
Fixed price before we start
You get a written quote before a single tool comes out. No vague estimates, no change orders after demo, no surprises on the final invoice. The price we quote is the price you pay.
Our crew, not subcontractors
We don't hand your project off to whoever's available. Our own experienced installers handle every job — the same team, from demo to final cleanup. You always know who's in your home.
We check what's underneath
Before we install anything new, we inspect the subfloor, check for moisture, and fix what needs fixing. We'd rather spend an extra hour doing it right than send you a callback six months later.
The values behind every job.
Honesty above everything
We tell you what we find, what it’ll cost, and how long it’ll take — before we start. If something changes, you hear it from us first. No hidden fees, no surprises on the final invoice.
Craftsmanship that holds up
We take our time on the details — level floors, even grout lines, tight seams. Not because it’s easy, but because that’s what separates work you’re proud of from work you end up replacing in three years.
Respect for your home
We protect surfaces, clean up every day, and treat your space like it’s our own. Your home doesn’t stop being your home just because we’re working in it.
Local accountability
We live and work in Central Florida — same as you. Our reputation depends on referrals from neighbors, and we take that seriously. When we’re done, we want you telling your friends.
